Purslane is a tasty weed

Purslane might be my favourite weed, although Mugwort is another ripper

I've been increasingly eating purslane and encouraging it to replace the lawn in my backyard.

The purslane, onion and cheese combination that was remarked on recently is still very popular.

For lunch today I had purslane with potato and brie.
